1. Student Seed Promotional Video

Student SEED is a non-traditional, grass-roots developed social justice course which uses “the textbook of students’ lives” as the main teaching tool. Students explore and share their own individual experiences with race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and ability in order to learn about and understand the larger system of privilege and oppression.

This video was coordinated by Student SEED intern Ashley Umberger and MMI Film Intern Raquel Salazar.

“This is outstanding work and really illustrates the power of the SEED experience!  One of the great challenges that we have is to tell the story of impact - the story of change - the story of transformation.”
    - Vice Provost Damon Williams (UW- Madison)
